The game goes as follows I’m going to make you repeat a list of humiliating and degrading affirmations to yourself. As I tell you each new affirmation, an image of a girl will appear. You’re going to look deep into her eyes and imagine she’s right in front of you. As you look deep into her eyes, you’re going to repeat the affirmation to her face.
